Operation Kids Program I strongly urge all parents / responsible parties of a child to participate in the program when it is made available to them. Matthew was fingerprinted in elementary school. This is a painless and valuable procedure. When the police asked me for any identifying marks, I recalled having had this done. It made me feel better, knowing I had this positive means of identification at hand. Once done, you can file it away in a safe place and hopefully it will never be needed.
