Following a long and hard struggle, on January 24, 1971, Matthew Margolies made his entry into the world. It was to be a world full of promise. And indeed, during his life he would show many how to live and love. He was christened, Matthew Louis Miazga Margolies. As a babe in the arms of his sister, he was the picture of innocence and trust.
